Great post! It’s alarming to hear that the government is cutting its proposed investment in the social care workforce while providers and policymakers agree that a digitally mature social care sector is critical in reducing pressures on hospitals. It’s frustrating to see how the lack of funding and workforce shortages in the social care sector has hindered the progress of digitization. My question is, what do you think are the most impactful actions that can be taken to bridge the digital gap and ensure the necessary funding and training are provided for the social care workforce?
